This is also known as Quetiapine Fumarate (Ce-ti-a' peen)

Actions: Antagonizes multiple neurotransmitter receptors in the brain including serotonin (5-HT1A) and 5-HT2) as well as dopamine D1 and D2 receptors. Mechanism of action is unknown, however, antipsychotic properties thought to be related to antagonized responses. Antagonizes histamine H1 receptors resulting in possible somnolence, and adrenergic alpha1 and alpha2 receptors which may lead to orthostatic hypotension.

I've not heard of seraquil, but if you mean(seroquel),its used to treat bipolar patients.And in some cases I think it's for anxiety.To reply to a before asked question about anxiety,I should have suggested adivan as an option to a partial sleeping pill,but sometimes you cant be picky.(ha ha )
