White stuff around my lips?!

Question: I get it sometimes after I brush my teeth and I just figure that's toothpaste residue, but I get all the time at school and stuff. I can feel it's there and have to scrape it off. It's like a thin white lining of gooey stuff around the opening of my mouth. It's so embarrassing, I have to check my mirror all the time! What's causing this? The most common answer is "dehydration" but I'm not particularly dehydrated. I get it when my lips are dry, when my lips are moisturised... I can't seem to find out how to budge it! I never used to get it only in the past year or so.

You either have an allergy to the toothpaste you're using or you have a fungus. Both are very common. Do you have sore places on your mouth? It sounds like thrush but if your mouth isn't sore where you find the "white stuff" then it isn't thrush. Must be some other sort of fungus.

It's semen.

well you either have rabies or you really are dehydrated... drink more and switch your chpastick if you are using one. and use one if you aren't. try straight vaseline.
