It is almost like sci-fi writers do it and name them after fictious planets:
Ultram, Zolpidem,Arthrex,Atarax,Zenova,Cipro

I was given this for my GERD and noticed how the name sounds. I did a search on the name and the phrase together, wondering if anyone else had taken special notice, and got 453 hits, so we are not alone! I realize how this particular med was named, and its name does make sense, but doesn't anyone at the pharmas SAY these names out loud before it's too late? Ah, well. Try taking your daily dose around your friends and say it out loud to THEM. "Well, time for my AcipHex, everyone!" I mean, how often do we get to be amused by our heartburn meds?
