Sick, help please.?!
Question: Well late last night I started to feel achey and had a headache. Now I have the shivers, a headache, my body aches(it hurts to move and breathe), dizzy when I'm standing or move to fast, and 'm tired/have no energy but can't sleep. What can I take over the counter to get me up and moving again

Sounds like you may have the flu. I would stay in bed and watch DVDS. Try some vitamin C and a room temperature glass of orange juice. Stay hydrated throughout the day. For lunch try some hot chicken soup and toast. If you must go out and take over the counter medicine, I recommend dayquil because it won't make you drowsy and will suppress most all of your symptoms.

Sounds to me like you might have the flu. Go to the Dr. or urgent care. Keep up the fluids (juice, water, Gatorade) Take Tylenol or something like it for fever, pain. Rest is the best thing. But you should really find out before trying something on your own. You never know.

let me be the first to say go to ur doctor anyone cant tell whats wrong with u . go get checked by ur doctor soon as possbile and get some real help. u cant and not going to get it on this line
