Im 14 years old and cant get to sleep?!


Question: its 20 to 2 in the morning and i have school in 7 hours.
How can i get to sleep?
If I stay up all night will that be okay?

I have that problem too. I don't know what to tell you. I have this problem for a short period of time then I sleep perfectly and then I am back to not sleeping.............. No. Don't go the whole night without sleep. You will not do well tomorrow if that is what you do.

Life is short and there will be plenty of time to sleep when you die, so don't sleep unless you're tired.

that happens to me too, i turn the tv on and watch till i fall asleep

Close your eyes and stop telling yourself "I can't sleep". You'll sleep.

you will eventually fall asleep...when you wake up in the morning you will be dead tired..and wonder how it would have been if you didn't sleep at all..just go lay down and concentrate on sleep...

try reading a book till your eyes get tired, or have some warm milk.

I am 13 and hav had the same problem 4 a while what I do is turn on my radio or my fav music and then sit in bed close my eyes sing along and after awhile my mind will wonder and its all Zzzzzz's from there

or just get 1 of those honker pills and u'll b knocked out

i have that problem too but nothing help but sleeping pills.
if all else fails, tell your parents whats going on cause there are more people than you think that has these problems they can take you to a doctor and they will find something to help you .

Try switching what end of the bed you have your head sleeping on, that always used to help me? XDD

don't drink cola drinks too late.

The best thing you can do before going to bed is have warm bath add an essensial lavender oil to your bathtub. Then drink a warm milk with a bit of honey. Read a book to make your eyes tired, always go to bed the same time let say 8:30 p.m. don't go tobed that you are full and before going to bed don't think anything just sleep straight away.So hope my tips will help make sleep Good luck.
