My boyfriend thinks he has food poisoning please help!?!

Question: He's just gotten back from a 3 day trip, and has been eating out in restaurants a lot. He is experiencing nauseu and abdominal cramps that feels like he is being stabbed. Last night he had diarreah but not tonight. I know that sounds really severe, but its the best way to describe it.
Does this sound like food poisoning? I'm going to tell him to go to the doctor tomorrow if it doesn't get better. He's had the symptoms for 24 hours.

Food poisoning can happen so easily from restaurants, that if he does not get better, then he should definitely go to the Dr. I have had a mild case of that and it is not fun. I ended up going to emergency and they checked me and it turned out I was fine, but I knew that is what I had. I got it from a fish and chips place, and I will never go back there again. I remember I was up all night with serious cramps in my stomach, but after one day it subsided. A lot of times the body will clean all that poison out of the system, but it is always a good idea to be checked just to be on the safe side.

thats a sign of amnesia

Sounds like the flu or food poisoning. Make SURE he drink either water or Gatorade you don't want him getting dehydrated

He's probably got food poisoning but it's probably not serious. Get him to the doctor though and they should be able to give him something for the cramps and diarreah. It's unpleasant but he's not gonna die or anything. Having salt is good for diarrhea too, if he's got a headache at all he's probably dehydrated, give him a tsp of salt in a glass of water, I don't know why it works but it does, I was really dehydrated and having diarrhea when I was in Thailand and after one glass of saltwater I was even craving more which means my body really needed it.

i think he should not go restaurants alot because you will like never know if people put something bad in them.

reasons to help!
1.go to the hospital get some treat meant
2.look after him
3. stay in bed or at home

yeah i think that is all

"He is experiencing nauseu and abdominal cramps that feels like he is being stabbed."

Sounds like a stomach flu or food poisoning. Do ask him to drink more water as human body diarrhea can lead to severe dehydration and can become life-threatening without treatment.

Go to the doctor if needed.
