Ah no, give them a break. They're only looking for reassurance that its nothing life threatening so at least they'll have some idea what the doctor will say to them

Also sometimes Doctors are fully boooked with patients, so why not ask a huge audience of people!

The real reason why yahoo Q&A will say go to a doctor because they are not sure what really kind of sickness does the person asking in the yahoo Q&A.Not all members of yahoo are studying in medicine or a doctor.What if they answer a wrong adviced so what then.The best idea is not to ask any question that only a doctor can able to help.
