If you are still smelling of booze the next day, then your body is still digesting it - i.e. your still drunk!

Its the same as going into work after necking a pint for breakfast.

Whatever you do, DO NOT DRIVE. Most drink driving convictions are obtained by police in the morning when they catch those who overdid it the night before.

ME - I drink a couple of pints of water before bed. Most of a hangover is dehydration, so you'll wake up with no headache and just feeling a bit more groggy than normal. And the smell of alcohol will make you want to puke....

Coffie!!!

Before you go to bed, drink a pint of water, containing 8tsp sugar and 1tsp salt.

You'll feel fine in the morning.

And a few squares of chocolate will mask the alcohol smell after brushing your teeth. xx

Sorry I know its not what you want to hear but there is nothing you can do whilst Its sitting in your stomach.

coffee or tea may help cover up the smell of stale liquor/beer. a multivitamin or B complex taken with some water can help the feel of a hangover be less severe. it works for me if i drink beer or liquor. hope this helps.

A small shot of a hot coffee will do for you..
Just don't overdose it...

Next thing...eat...and drink a lot of water..
