I know that nicotine can decrease the motility of sperm and possibly the production of sperm but it is still absolutely possible to get a girl pregnant. I don't think smoking marijuana affects sperm. You should always use protection when having sex, always!
smoking weed has been shown to decrease sperm count, but there are millions of sperm in each drop of semen, so it's really not a big deal. i've never known smoking weed to cause infertility.
