What is a gd way to get urself up in the morning?!

my alarm clock does not shut off and is across the room so i have to get up and turn it off

listen to your favorite song.

you take the covers off of you, put your feet on the floor, and stand up.

thats how i usually do it.

A really annoying alarm you have to get up to turn off
Make it other side of your room

open your curtains natural light makes you feel more awake.

set a more regular time to go to bed at. have a really loud alarm clock and if u can put more then one setting on it put the settings like 10 minutes appart and just get yourself up when u hear them go off.

reverse psychology, put your alarm set for 10 minutes earlier then usual, then by the time u get up, that's the time you need to get up at.

When you go to bed the night before, try and think of the things you will be doing the next day. If they are exciting or something you are looking forward to, you have a reason to get up early the next day. Also, think of the way you are using the day better if you are up earlier and doing things. (I have the opposite problem, wake up too early every day and can't sleep in!). Give it a go and hope it works for you.

A loud alarm across the room is a good idea also as it forces you to get up.

Well different things work for different people but here are some things you can try.
-Take a luke warm shower
- listen to music you like
- talk to someone
- Drink a product with Caffeine
- try getting to bed earlier
- Giving yourself more time to get ready
- light exercises that will increase endorphins.

i know what you mean, im supposed to wake up at 6:45, but i get up at 7:05
i now set my alarm as a rocking song that seems to work.
i had never heard the song, but when i did, it built up energy.
try it. the song is anthem part two (Blink-182)

A good way? When the alarm goes off, get out of bed and get moving. That's what I do...no hitting snooze, no lying there wishing I had "x" more minutes. I get up, head to the bathroom, then put on my workout clothes and exercise for 30 - 50 mins before showering and getting ready for work.

Exercise is a great way to wake up and energize yourself for the day. ?

Try to imagine that the biggest, hairiest, most poisonous spider in the whole world has just crept under your duvet!
That's the quickest way I can think of anyway!
