I just want to sleep?!


Question: i dont want to go to work or do anything but SLEEP. i'll do everything when i wake up.
im tired of being tired.
anyone have any suggestions??

Hi,

If this is a new thing and you haven't had a life-changing experience before this happened, you might have a medical issue. It's nothing to get worried about yet as most medical problems have simple resolutions :)

I went through something similar a few years ago and again this past Summer. It turned out that I had Lyme Disease from being bitten by a Tick (gross!). I never had the classic Bullseye, but I learned that many people don't get it. You might want to speak with your Doc.

When I have trouble sleeping, I go have a cookie or a small glass of juice (the following sugar crash helps you sleep) and then read a book that bores me until I nod off. If I'm really wound-up from the day, I take a Benadryl an hour before I want to go to sleep. Try the cookie/juice trick first because Benadryl can make you feel groggy in the AM although it's not habit- forming.

change your diet

Do yogic exercises everyday and all your problems would be solved.

you need some physical activity/exercise. it will invigorate you in almost every aspect of life. try to get atleast 45 minutes a day of it.

Talk to your doctor. Maybe you are depressed.

first you need to get a schedule, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time.
also take vitamins and change your diet.
last take a nap, but a short nap. if you take a nap that's too long you will end up being more tired!

Whether you want to believe it or not, seems you have a mental disorder, perhaps depression or something. Ask yourself if something really terrible has happened in your life lately, such as; someone dying, family or friend a break up with a boyfriend or girlfriend have you gotten fired recently from work or do you think your not attractive??? just some thoughts for you to ponder on. It isn't normal that you just want to sleep. Get up brush yourself off and see a mental health specialist. Good luck
