Wake up question?!


Question: how can i make waking up in the morning using my alarm clock easier? i wake up at like 6:30 and go to sleep in between 10and 11 but usually fall asleep at 11?
cause i always feel so tired in the mornings and feel awake after several lessons in school
im 13 btw

Its better you use the dual alarm system. Set one alarm to go to bed and another to wake up. This way you will go to bed at a fixed time. As soon as the bedtime alarm goes, you will know that its time to stop all your activities and go to bed.

Set your morning alarm a few minutes early. Better dont use a snooze alarm .Wake up immediately as soon as it goes and sit and stretch your limbs. Get up and walk a few feet and then again sit down and repeat it after sometime. This way you wont feel sleepy.

This might take a few days but it works surely ! Good Luck !!! :-)

try going to bed earlier and stay away from anything with caffine before you go to bed.

set your alarm clock for 10 minutes before you want to get up so you can hit the snooze once and think your getting extra sleep when your really waking up on time...
then you can take a shower and drink some coffee to wake you up more

I have the same problems, I drink camomile to sleep easier. In the morning my best trick is to yawn loudly, the mind and body does wake up a little bit more everytime you yawn, just try to provoke it a bit more.

ask sum1 (eg ur mum) 2 phone ur house phone so you can answer it in the morning, that way you have to get out of bed to answer it and runnin for the phone should help wake you up lol, thats what i do because if im still in bed i fall back asleep after my alarm clock goes off lol

go to bed sooner, cut out caffeine in the evenings, try not to eat anything after 7, Make sure all your homework is done before a certain time there are alot of things that can keep you up , having alot on your mind, a full stomach or bladder, or just plain not going to bed at a certain time will keep you up and make you feel sluggish in the morning. Try drinking a glass of OJ every morning as well it is proven that a glass of OJ helps wake you up faster. Good Luck

try setting the alarm clock across the room it helped me when i was still in high school u could also buy another alarm clock by the time u turn off the second one u will be awake and it will be harder to fall asleep. i use that trick now that im in the army (actually i have 3 alarm clocks)

Im 14 =] I too, have the same sleep hours as you. I always wake up feeling extremely tired. I actually go up around 9:00 at read for like 15mins, and it makes me tired and I fall asleep at 9:30 or whatever. Dont drink caffeine and stuff, but when you wake up, put cold water on your face. Drink like coffee and you should be more awake in around 15mins, it will help keep you alert and awake in school. I hope it helped, ill find more!
