1. Loss of a loved one or friend - You're close to that person, when this happens, you feel like you lost a part of you. Depression hurts, beleive me. Been there a few times.
2. Certain medications acause depression, unfortunally I have to take one of those to help keep seziures under control. Like Valium.
3. Lack of excercise, just sitting there & not being active can cause depression. You just do nothing and your b.p. and pulse get lower. I'm so idle that it don't take much for depression, I can try to take my pulse, but it's so week that I may count about 5 beats every 15 seconds. I can barely feel a pulse.
