I feel so sick?!

Question: I'm not sure why. I'm sitting at a computer desk at work. At home I felt fine. My stomach feels sore. I'm drinking water but that's doing nothing. I had breakfast at 7:30 and it's now 10. It could be hunger but I'm not allowed to have a break until 12pm. This is not the first time I've felt sick at work. I'm in a computer lab, if that helps?
I actually eat really healthy. The standard 4-5 small meals a day. No junk food and I drink nothing but water. I took Evening Rose Oil, but I don't think it's making me feel ill.
And I'm not menstruating.
What's going on?

Maybe your eating so healthy that your not getting some of the things your body needs such as sugar or fat you do need at least a tiny bit of that in your diet. Also you could be coming down with something, or if you just started eating a healthy diet your body could be readjusting itself. Or you could be stressed out, office jobs cause a lot of stress especially ones that you spend a lot of time on the computer.

it could be from being hungry

Your stomach is being stressed at work and can't relax.

It may be because you are hungry. Is thier anyway you could get a snack to snack on? Is it winter time where you are? If so the Air Conditioner is probably the problem because its not a smart idea to have one on if it is like 30 degrees outside
