I always have cold feet, is that a sign of any sickness or disease?!

Question: I'm 18/M, and work out

Answers: I'm 18/M, and work out

No it doesn't mean your are sick. It simply means that your body doesn't circulate blood as efficiently to your feet.

it means you have porr circulation.

mabey just bad blood circulation

no u don't have a disease or a sickness
your perfectly fine
my grandmother has the same problem
its just u have slow blood circulation from your heart to your feet
its because the farther the veins go down to your feet from your heart the more narrow they get
which doesn't allow as much blood to pass through as it normally should
there is no need to worry
just i guess always where socks and sneakers and stuff
just at least have something covering most of the time
you don't have to but so your feet don't get as cold
good luck!
