What does taking two ibuprofens daily do to my body?!
Question: I am 4' 10". 16 years old. I take two daily((before I go to school)) because I wake up with bad headaches almost daily. What will taking them do to me?? I don't think I have a tumor or anything I just get headaches. I have glasses but I don't wear them often because they don't help my headaches.

No really severe damage can occur. I can tell you that eventually you might start having no reaction to the ibuprofen - meaning that it won't work for the headaches because your body is so used to you taking it. Also, I would really recommend seeing a doctor for your headaches, because having one every morning isn't right.
I don't like the idea of you using it everyday, though I see patients with Arthritis who consume IB on a daily basis.
Some IB has the negative effect of upsetting your stomach and irritating the stomach lining, but I think you should take the pills when, and only when, you have already eaten.
Again, do consult with a family doctor because at such a young age you should not be having such headaches.
