It is possible that you've stopped and stablized at that height but males usually don't stop growing until we reach the age of 25. While females grow until about the age of 16-17 because they go through puberty before us and mature quicker.
What can help is drink lots of milk and excercise a lot. Playing basketball and swimming would definitely help because it requires movements of the entire body. Liftning weight and wrestling won't stunt your growth, they're just "myths" that are untrue.
So don't worry too much because you should still be able to grow a bit more. It's still possible for you to get a growth spurt.

depends on person really. there is no set age where all people stop growing.

They say though, that males can grow up to the age of 21, while women stop growing around the age 17. Women also mature quicker int he mental area too, which is why car insurance for them is cheaper.

Dont worry about it, ims ure that you will grow a little bit more, you just need to continue eating a balanced diet, and if all goes wrong and you dont grow, your still an average sized human being.

My husband said he got his growth spurt after he graduated high school. I've heard of guys getting their growth spurts as late as 20, so maybe you just have to pass some time before you'll get taller. Like everything in life, it's different for each individual person.
Good luck!

hey. there is a formula doctors use to calculate the height of children based on the height of their parents. for boys, the formula is the following:

father's height + 13 cm + mother's height/ 2

your father is 5'9 (175.3 cm)
your mother is 5'2 (157.5 cm)

so now just apply the formula

(175.3 +13)+ 157.5/2=172.9cm

172.9 cm is about 5'8

Seems like you are right where your genetics predict you would end up. Sorry if that upsets you.

You will probably grow another inch in the next 12 months to peak at 5'8-5'9.
