start brushing with baking soda every other day (not every day, as it can be a little harsh on your gums at first.)

Baking soda is the key whitener in almost all whintening toothpastes... and it works.. .and you probably have half a box in your fridge.

But Crest whitestrips have worked for everyone I know... and they are about $30 a box depending on how many you get... but i only use 4 strips in a 3 day period very month and my teeth are BLINGIN'. haha..

oh and i smoke cigarettes... so im guessing you wont have a problem getting your teeth to whiten.
