Tips to help mild alcohol withdrawl syptoms?!


Question: I stopped drinking sort of heavily most days of the week for a few months. I haven't drank for 2 days and am a little tired and irritable, but it's not horrible.

I took b vitamins and multi vitamins. I distract myself at night when I get the urge by going out and doing something for an hour or two.

What else can I do to reduce the bad side effects? How long should they last?

Drink lots of liquids and sleep as much as you can. The B vitamins are a good idea. The length of time your symptoms will last can vary, with how long you drank heavily, how much you drank per day, body size, metabolism, etc.

Near bear would not be a good idea. It still has some alcohol, and the taste of beer is going to make you want the real thing ( if that's what you drank before)
