Question: I am couching out of control, i feel very cold when i get up.
I can hold the cough a little.
Nothing else is wrong with me, is this serious, could i die?

I don't think you could die
but if you do feel very concerned about this
i would recommend seeing a doctor
try taking some flu medicine or something
but even if you don't want to go SEE a doctor
call one up and talk to the nurse tell her your symptoms and that you are very concerned on what is going on
she will probably tell you some advice and whether to come in or not
but for you own health reasons don't ignore what your body is trying to say
go see someone
Sounds like you have a bit of a virus. Don't worry, most of the time they're not deadly... just irritating. =)
go to the doctor. NOW.. you need some medicine to stop that . you could break a blood vain or something..
Could be something as simple as acid reflux (GERD). But could also be as serious as pneumonia or bronchitis.
Go see your doctor.
