Because the body does not need to store as much liquid to feed the sweat glands. If it did, it would make you even colder, so passing urine is your bodies way of trying to keep warm.

Because you sweat less in cold weather. I pi55 like a race horse during the cold weather especially after a few beers lol

Sweat less. Also body produces less ADH(hormone) during ulterfiltration hence less water is reabsorbed. H2O is not needed as much at respiration, etc.
