I have tingling in my left shoulder?!
Question: Its been off an on for a few days, and today I have been getting really light headed. Should I be worried? What would cause this? I am also having some blurring of vision. Fresh air seems to help a little. I am a 19 y/o female.

Nothing to get alarmed about my dear. These are somewhat like symptoms of various heart problems (Being on the left side) If tingling should move down left arm, go to emergency room. But your age indicates more of a left arm/shoulder region difficulty. This is not the sort of thing to diagnose over the web. I don't like emergency rooms, but you should head on down to some kind of clinic/doctor for a review of the situation.
