Quitting bad habits?!
Question: so after i got dumped which was one of the worst things to mess up my life i got smoking again and i don't know if i am addicted but i feel grose when i smoke and people around me don't like it what is a good way to quit and deal with my depression in other ways

I quit smoking cold turkey 10 days ago after reading this book: 'Allen Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking'.
For your depression, I would recommend the cognitive behavioural approach to overcoming it, as that is what helped me. I found books by psychologist Albert Ellis very helpful. Try this one: 'How To Stubbornly Refuse To Make Yourself Miserable About Anything- Yes Anything!'.
