Think about summer creeping up on us and get up to do pull UPS or as called chin UPS getting that body in shape for summer will motivate you to get up exercise, and the adrenaline pumping will give you too much energy to want to go back to sleep. try it you will see great result's my , partner had same prob, i showed him a full lenght photo of him in boxershort's and that got him up and motivated to lose the belly fat, now he runs five miles each morning before work, then breakfast is eaten at the job taken from home. Drink tea, water and go for a walk first thing in the morning that will wake you up!

It may not help you wake up quicker, but my alarm clock is set 7 to 15 minutes ahead of real time. That way, if I'm really slow getting out of bed and preparing, I'll still be on the ball. It techincally means that you're waking up earlier, but instead of setting your alarm to wake you up at 6:30 (which really makes you feel miserable waking up), you set your alarm to wake you up at 7:00, and the time on the clock itself is forwarded by how many minutes ahead of real time. It tricks my brain that way.

It's not a way to make you "wake up quicker in the morning", just a way to sort of help you work your way around it.

I also doze off in the shower sometimes, and I beat this by slowly making the shower water pretty hot as I shower, and then out of nowhere I adjust the level to maximum heat, where I will then turn off the shower as a reflex to prevent burning myself from the hot water!

get a louder alarm clock and put it all the way across the room so you have to get up to turn it off o yea and caffine works wonders
