put it in as far as you can
standing up in the shower bending forward slightly use finger to insert it 3'' in.
Lie on your side with your leg raised, or with your knees to your chest (I know, not comfortable and embarrassing). Make sure the suppository is wetted with warm water and put Vaseline on the tip because it will hurt otherwise without it. Carefully push it in as far as you can. And for best results hold it for at least half an hour. It might burn a little, but it should work really well.

1. Wear a surgical glove on the hand which you will insert the rectal suppository.
2. Hold the suppository with two fingers and place the suppository merely inside the anal, so that your anal can be holding the suppository.
3. Insert the DRY suppository with your middle finger, if your middle finger is the longest one. Insert the suppository which your anal is holding inside your anal as deep as you could. Do hold it for FEW SECONDS if you wish to avoid the natural movement of your body eject the suppository without having its effect.
What position does not matter, bend over a little bit without falling would be a good idea.
For better result, ask someone you trust, or a nurse to help you do so.
