ok... lay hin down on a bed and have him pull his knees to his chest... then pull his pants down... in this position he cannot tense up and you have a very good access to his rectum. Take the suppository out of the package and insert it into his rectum. Go so far in until you can feel it going in further without your help, you'll see :-)
that's it and it won't come out anymore! That's how I did it, when my boy was ill.
insert it in his hand and tell him to do it himself.
ask him to knell down on his knees with head on floor or bed,
insert all the way in

Seriously, he can do it himself. SERIOUSLY. Unless he is an infant or disabled in some way.
Ohterwise, have him lay down on the bed... face down... and just slide it in.
