you mean, any side effects? no. never take zinc on an empty stomach, and b12 is most soluble when consumed as part of your food then taken as a supplement. look for foods high in b12, naturally found in foods that come from animals, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. Fortified breakfast cereals are a particularly valuable source of vitamin B12 for vegetarians.
