Why are my feet always the coldest feeling part of my body?!
Question: I mean I know a persons head is supposed to where they lose most of thier heat which is why they wear a cap in winter. But why no matter what my feet always feel the coldest both from touch and just general feeling it in your body?

poor circulation--your feet are the furthest part of your body from your heart, so if you have poor circulation, blood will have a hard time getting there to warm you up!
bad circulation. acupuncture is supposed to help
your feet and hands also transmit lots of heat. When it is warm your hands and feet get warm quickly and when it is cold they get cold quickly
because its the furthermost part of your body from the heart...simply put. Thatnks! Have a nice day!
my feet are like ice. They're so cold its uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep at night. I have to wear 2 pairs of slipper socks! I feel ya!
funny i stumbled upon this question, i was just thinking as i answered a previous question dam my feet are cold. i guess its because their really isn't much muscle on our feet and no fat either, just bones nerves and veins.
Aloha from Down Unda!
The dynamics of heat rising & cold settling is coupled with possibilities of circulatory issues, general health & fitness & weather! Wear yer socks...sometimes two pair of necessary!
Try to imagin cold feet if yer walking on hot coals!
Best wishes!
