I feel pretty safe telling you that you will get taller. I had two boys and both were short until they turned about 16 or 17. Then they began to sprout up like over night. Especially my youngest who was always very small and short for his age. However, in his late teens it seems like he just grew up over night, and was then taller than his father, his uncles and cousins. They had always teased him and said he was the "Runt" in the family and they called him "shorty." At the time when they were making fun of him, it really hurt him and made him feel very self conscious, but it seems he got the last laugh. He is now almost 6'. And his older brother who was taller than he, is about an inch taller now.

It seems that every generation is getting taller so that is another reason, I think you will start shooting upward soon. The girls were short too but they are getting taller also. However, my youngest son was the latest bloomer. He was almost 18 before he reached his current height. So do not get discouraged, more than likely you will being to get taller.

Since you are still a young teenager, you have plenty of time to grow taller. I was 5'4" in the 6th grade and taller than all the girls and boys, but I never got any taller. Now, I am not considered tall at all. Girls normally grow taller before the boys. Let us know when you reach 6' ,,,,:) lol

Be patient grasshopper.

you are still growing, and you will keep growing probably until you're 18.youre still young!

You can't really say. Some people do experience growth spurts while others do not. What does your physician has to say?

Well, genetics are going to play a role but you are sooooooo not done growing yet! In fact, if I remember correctly, most men/boys continue growing until at LEAST the age of 18.

Its ok, the world needs more jockeys.

Hahaaa Thaatss TOTALLY a myth about you get taller. My brothers nearlly 16 and he hasnt had his growth spurt yet. Well, if yhur gettin that worried about it ask yhur mum to take you to a docters to have a height test :)

its not like everyones growth spurts starts at exactly 15 years old.
puberty happens to people at many different ages.
14 and 15 is usually when you go through puberty but some ppl start earlier or later.

You might. My husband didn't have the big growth spurt until he turned 18 and now he's 6'2".

You might hit a growth spurt. Ask the men in your family when their growth spurt hit - you'll get a good idea of if and when to expect it.

You can get more info a:

check section 2.6 "Height growth"

Hell, I was 21 and started drinking more milk (funny milk) than ever b'fore, and I grew another 3-4 inches taller.

You are likely to grow for another 4 years and hopefully with a growth spurt just around the corner it will be a bit more or even a lot more than 4 inches.
