i get this 2 glad to hear its not just me,
u will b fine by tommorro xxx

sounds like a form of panic attack. I used to get that, too, that's why i don't drink anymore!!

its not a normal reaction but it does happen to some people, its just the way the chemicals in your brain react to the alcohol

yes its called the come down!
you feel high on life happy and sociable then boom you hit rock bottom next day
just sleep and drink lots of water it will pass!

Absolutely......Even if you know you did not do anything, the fact that you got drunk altered your perception on life for a few hours, let your usual inhibitions go and altered the way your brain usually functions.......It can cause huge amounts of paranoia and guilt.......as long as you can remember everything, and you know you did nothing you regret, just ride it babe you will be back to normal in a couple of days. Maybe even tomorrow.
They suck don't they........the come down from excessive drinking and having a great time lol.

Hope this helps.

Completely normal. specially if it was a heavy night.

I do this all the time. It helps to ease my conscience. Then I go out drinking again and feel guilty the next day.

Hey, I sometimes get this too... I think everyone is talking and whispering and giving bitchy looks...But I no their not. I can't stop feeling paranoid, i start thinking all my friends are talking about me and sometimes start arguments with them! I don't no why i do it and think it might be the alcohol!

The feeling of guilt is normal & indeed healthy. I am not so sure about your feelings of paranoria. Do you feel you are being persecuted after you have been on a a drinking binge or experience a deep mistrust of other people. That is how paranoria is characterised. If you do experience these emotions , stop drinking altogether.

Yeah, alcohol is a depressent.
