Same here, I got diagnosed with a yeast and wheat intolerance a few weeks ago, it was a pain as that eliminates my student diet.
I now have unleavened bread or rice krispies for breakfast,
Chicken/fish/ham with carrot sticks and celery for lunch
Roast dinners or stir fry for dinner,
I snack on cucumber, chciken (99p from Wilkinsons) and boiled potatoes during the day.
Also try to drink one cup of tea a day, but only one, as it has soem good anti-oxidants (but be careful, it has moul-growing catalystic properties too)
Don't drink any malted drinks and avoid coffee at all costs.
Simple. Fruit veg and meat, and you're pretty sorted.
You need to sort the stomach ache out.
Basically, you can't have ANYTHING processed, as wheat or yeast is always put into them to preserve them longer. Also you shouldn't eat too much red meat, as again that contains wheat as a preservative. All your food needs to be freshly bought and prepared only by you to enusre there is no wheat in it. Also it sounds carzy, but you will learn to live with the lack of pasta and the veg etc, if your intolerance is as bad as mine, trust me, you'll get used to it pretty quick. Otherwise the symptoms will come back. I tell myself that everytime I crave a sandwich and the thought of the pain puts me right off

There is a website called "celiacs," i think just google it , there are a lot of people with it, you are not alone.

Hi. Start with fresh or frozen fruits, vegetables and meat that don't have any commercial sauces added. That will be the easiest to ensure no wheat. So for breakfast, have an egg and a fruit, cheese. Lunch can be a salad but make sure it doesn't have croutons and check the salad dressing. Dinner can be a meat and veggies.
Now to find places that have wheat free substitutes, go to Whole Foods, check the specialty section in your grocery store or most health food stores have wheat free products. If you find something that says gluten free, then it is wheat free also. Some brand names that are wheat free and also taste good are Annies for salad dressings, Pamelas for cookies and cake mixes, my favorite bread is a flaxseed bread by Glutino. There are several brands of pasta made from different non wheat bases so you will need to experiment with which one you like the best as far as texture and taste. I don't particularly like the rice ones but that varies by individual.
The important part is to learn to read labels and if you don't know what something is -- then ask. Don't get hung up on what you can't have-there is almost always a substitue, concentrate on all the things you can have.

Good luck
