What's the most comfortable shoe ever??!

Question: I'm a waitress and on my feet all day. I need a pair of extremely comfortable shoes that actually support me feet. My feet don't really hurt but I just recently discovered a callus on the botttom of my foot and it freaked me out. It's probably because of the cheap unsupportive shoes that I wear. The style doesn't really matter although they have to be black and I would prefer them to be flat. Price also doesn't matter as long as they are decent and last a while. Also what's the deal with orthopedic shoes?? Should I buy a pair of those? Am I guranteed that they will support me feet?? Please help any suggestion is welcome. Thanks

Try Dansko www.dansko.com. You can find them at The Walking Store. I was recommended that brand by a nurse and I love them. They are great shoes and extremely well made so they last a long time. I went and tried on a pair at the Walking Store and bought my first pair there - from then on, I usually get them on Ebay (after I try on a different style) because they're about 1/2 the price.

Crocs are the answer! They may not be pretty, but they work like nothing else.

if your stand still alot your best bet is going to be rockport but moving around from place to place all day Born which is a handcrafted extremely comfort under any weather and circumstance shoe

In my experience they are the Rocket Dog tennis shoes with elastic straps, They are SUPER comfy, but mine got holes in the bottom after 6 months, :*(

Crocs are seriously the most comfortable that I have. There are also DR. Scholes specially designed shoes that you can find at Payless that will give you the arch support and comfort you need.

Some sort of clog with real fur would probably be comfortable. Yeah, I would try dansko.com and see what you can find. If you want to also, you can go to your local CVS/brooks/rite aid and buy a foot pad which is like really squooshy and comforting.
