When you get the flu, what do you to to try and get over it?!
Question: Just curious what you all do if you get the flu. For me, when I get it, I just stay home and rest and let it run it's course. That's the way I was always taught what to do when you get the flu.

The best thing you can do is get rest so that is what I do. When I got influenza it was clear liquids and rest and the medicine they gave me.

as flu don't have remedies so yours way is best to get rid of it . I also stay at home , take rest, and get lots of love and care from my family.

I take Echinacea, vitamin C, and drank a lot of fluids (esp water), and try to get a lot of rest. This regimen will not cure your flu, but it will make you feel better and also shorten the course of the disease.
I sleep it off.
