Does anyone know what's wrong with me?!
Question: I feel weak and shaky. My ears feel like there's a lot of pressure coming from the inside. It feels weird when I breathe. My throat is kinda tight. It's hard to move any part of my body. I'm not on anything and I haven't been on anything in a long time. Can someone please tell why I'm feeling like this?

If It's not Flu You could have something serious.
Just a guess, you're having a panic attack. Suggest going to a real Dr and get tested if you are still interested in a real answer..
