Take a hot shower, drink TheraFLu (even thought it will make you gag, it really does help)

I found that the only thing that helps me is the new Tylenol Rapid Release Cold.

Most stores usually have a section devoted to this type of problem. It's called the medicine isle. You should check it out.

I live by DayQuill and NyQuil. HOWEVER, Zycam is good as well, but I think it has drowsy side-effects.

go to the store and get u some nyquil it will make u sleep but it good to relief u of ache and pain but make sure u are not a recovering alcoholism.If you the type of person who dont want to go to sleep then get you some afka-selcer this may not be the way there spell.
