Thats what the throat spray does! If you're careful to squirt it only in the back of your throat then drink some water, you can prevent your tongue and the rest of your mouth from going numb
Ummm, that's what throat spray is supposed to do and yes it should wear off within a half hour or so.

Well how often are you supposed to use the throat spray, if it says every 4 to 6 hours then you can expect the numbing effect to last....................................... you got it....4 to 6 hours. Weird how that happens isn't it.
ok so for one spray it on your throat. That is wat a throat spray is for. And yes it will go away after a few min drink some water and tray again as the bottle recomends!!
try putting a foreign object down your throat, something soft and pliable aboout 6" long, if you can't feel it, then the medication is working!
