Will i grow any taller???!
Question: i will be 16 in may and i am 5'7. my mum is 5'3 and my dad is 6'2. i have two brothers that are 23 and 26 and are 5'7 and 6'0. is there any way i can grow to about 5'9 or 5'10. any tips???

Yes you may grow taller, but at a much slower rate than you have been. Your height is great. I was 5'10" at 14 years old. I am now 6'0". There are not any tips to grow taller except to make sure you have a healthy diet and are getting the proper nutrients.
well if you add up your mom and dads hight and divide it by 2 you will get your final height
( leave it exact for girls but add 3-4 inches for boys)

Many girls have finished growing by the time they are 16. Some will continue to grow until they are 21 or so. It all depends on your genes and lifestyle. My advice: Get lots of rest and eat healthy. Don't smoke or use recreational drugs or stimulants. Exercise and fresh air are a must. Good Luck:
At 5'7 you have most likely reached your peak height already. Girls usually stop growing at 15.
