boil water and put a towel over your head over the boiling water. breathe in the vapors. it will clear you right up...

I would have to recommend Advil Cold and Sinus but when you don't have any sinus medication, I would say just lay down and try to sleep it off. I know it's pain!!!

I had this problem about a week ago and the only thing that seemed to work (besides medicine) was sleep. I think I slept for about ten hours that day and by th next day I felt well enough to get around.

Without "sinus headache" medication, I do not know. You can call a health store, and they may have a solution for you.

If you don't want to take medicine, see a doctor, BUT, see a D.O. instead of an MD. A Doctor of Osteopathy has as much schooling as an MD. He/She can write prescriptions just like an MD, but they take a different approach to medicine. They don't just throw pills at you. They try to get to the root of the problem.

I honestly think a DO is for you. He/She WILL help you. If you look in the Yellow Pages under "Physicians," you will see that there are MANY DOs.

Bless you and get well soon! :)

TRY A HOT WATER INHALATION IT IS BETTER IF YOU DISSOLVE MENTHOL IN IT FIRST. BUT THE STEAM HELPS ANY WAY.
TAKE A HOT TODDY AND GO TO BED AND SLEEP.
WHEN YOU CAN GET YOUR NORMAL MEDICATION.
BEST OF LUCK LOOLOO

bY PLACE ING YOUR HEAD UNDER THE WATER UPSIDE DOWN IT WORKS THE SAME AS WHEN YOU GO TO 30THOUSAND FEET
