Lathergic all the time, what's going on?!

Question: I don't know what to do.

Answers: I don't know what to do.

Try resting up a bit more. Maybe you're sleep deprived and it's your bodies way of telling you "Give me more sleep!"

Or, maybe you have hypothyroidism. This is a medical condition that affects your metabolism, along with how much energy you have. I was affected by this. One day I decided to stop taking my medication because my body couldn't handle the frequent blood testing. Now I often feel lethargic.

It could really be a number of factors. Get checked out.

I'd go to the Dr. and have them run a few tests on you. Have them check for Anemia and Diabetes.

You're lethargy could be from having a low blood sugar, or from low iron.

Both are manageable with vitamins, and meds.

Good luck.

I don't know your medical history but I did read today that people can get this way if they have parasites in there body and they multiply very quickly causing serious medical problems. You might ask a doctor and they do have medicine you can take if that is the problem.I hope you figure it out as that's not good.
