It's called the "up, up, up, and down" principle. They have to keep their costs down so their profits will go up, up, up. If there's a cheaper way to do it, they'll find it. I hate blister packs because most of the time I break the pill in getting it out. BUT - haven't you heard? Obama and/or Hillary is going to fix all this so you'll get your pills for free. Free, that is, unless your income is greater than a buck fifty an hour - Or, if you're here illegally.

SIDE NOTE TO LIBERALS: At last account, did you know that you are now considered by your party to be "rich" if you are alive and legally in this country?

I don't mind. It's nice to throw a couple in your purse and not have to bring the bottle or a ziploc bag. Why would it disgust you?

maybe theyre giving u samples....or its just easier to do it that way.

That is NOT a new way of packaging your medications.
That system has been around for about 30 years or more.

If it is now coming to the home, I am not surprised. It is supposed to keep your medications FRESHER. Everytime you open the bottle, air gets in and DOES help the med to begin to deteriorate. By the last pill, it may NOT give the same affect as the FIRST one!

It is a good thing, except for Seniors who struggle with opening them!!! I should know, as a NURSE, it is a constant struggle at work, as ALL our meds are blister packaged!
