You shouldn't have the "let her" attitude. It's her body, if thats what she wants, she should do it. If you don't like it, don't give her money for it. Tell her she needs to pay for it herself. Also, they cost more like $6000-$8000, not just a couple thousand. Hopefully she's done her research; she doesn't want a botched job.

Sort of depends on how she is about her current condition.

It's only money, but a botched job is a dreadful thing.

On general principles I'd say that she's only 21 - she's too young to be worrying about pumping up the size. If she wants 'em big it might be that she's got this whole concept of how she wants her body to be - and it's not going to get that way unless she has surgery.

BUT

(a) is it worth having the surgery to get that sort of peace of mind? Also remember that things will sag and go out of place eventually and she might want surgery to fix things later.

(b) if she DOES have the surgery, will she be happy? Will you be happy? You say you are not a fan of the prosthetic breast (and neither am I, so I don't think you are a dumbazz)

(c) recall the risks of surgery - chance of death under anaesthesia, risks of things going wrong.

Overall, I'd be against it. But it depends on a lot of things.

yup not very smart...leave her. find one with natural ones

Well you can't think of it that way. If she wants it and you're willing to dish out the $$$ for a birthday gift then so be it.

i dont think you should let her have them done :S

because later on i think shell regret it..

BUT YEAH
if shes like stick skinny and like insecure it MIGHT be what she needs?

but dont encourage her to get them... theyre not nice..and there are many risks
