That happens to me also! I researched it and spoke with my Doctor and he explained that it has to do with being stressed out or being tired. It made sense for me since at the time I was planning a wedding and teaching at the same time!

It's not bad, it is just a muscle spasm. It's the muscles way of trying to relax.

This usually doesn't mean anything's wrong. It's possible for it to twitch for long periods of time (weeks) without anything being wrong. Like the first person said, stress and/or not enough sleep can cause this. In most cases, you just need to wait it out, it'll stop on its own. However, if it continues for a month or two, you need to get it checked out.

nerves R making it twitch...sounds to me U have problems with work or a boyfriend and it is getting on your nerves..
