What do you do when you need to release tension??!

Answers: I am really tense right now from a long work week....any suggestions?

It's different for different people. Some people enjoy physical activities to help release tension like running, exercise, biking, sports, sex, or any number of activities that involve expenditure of energy.

Some people don't want to expend energy but rather do something more relaxing like listening to soft music, massage, reading a book, watching non-thought provoking television or any number of things that help them to relax.

What you need to do is find what works for you. Me, I like to go shooting my gun at the local gun range. I pretend that everything that bothered me is being released with every pull of the trigger. No one gets hurt (except the paper target) and I feel better after I'm done. But that's only when I'm extremely stressed. Usually I just wind down and lie in bed. Maybe have a drink or two to really help me relax. I am however an adult so I can drink - not sure of your age so my disclaimer is that I do not condone underage drinking.
