Why does my face get red even when i'm not embarrassed?!

Question: My face seems to get red all the time.
When i talk to someone i don't know.
When i'm in class and the teacher calls on me.
When i have to do public speaking.
Sometimes even when my family talks to me.
Does anyone know why this is or how i can fix it?

You are hot-blooded. Get a really deep tan so that the blood won't be so obvious

High blood pressure can cause a person's face to feel and appear red. I know you are young, but you could have high blood presure. Blood pressure usually spikes when a person gets nervous or feels pressure like you've described. Go to a doctor and get checked.

It is because you have what is known as a "ruddy" complexion. That simply means that you have more capillaries close to the surface of the skin than most people. You are more than likely fair haired and of Scandinavian or Northern Europe ancestry. There is nothing wrong with your skin, it is just hereditary. Welcome to the club!
