I have a problem with going to sleep at night help im 16?!
Question: im 16, and i seriousley think i have a problem with sleeping, i dont do drugs or drink alchohal im very clean and healthy
anyways, i wake up at 6:30 everyday but when i try to go to sleep i cant fall asleep at all , it takes me around 4 hours and by then it would be 3 or 4 o clock in the morning and i only get 2 hours of sleep and its the same process every single day, im so tired of it i cant function, think straight or do anything.
what should i do ?

Try taking 2 mgs of melatonin at night about 30 minutes before your ideal bedtime. No TV. Try reading or doing sudokus or something.
I had a problem like that. I would fall asleep at four and wake up at eight and be late for school everyday. Research melatonin, see if you like it. If you do, then you can get it at a local store. Good Luck!
