Which food should one eat after a 3day high fever to regain their strength back?!


Question: After a 3 days high fever, my suggestion to you would be to eat peanut butter sanwiches, thats what they give the old people in the homes who cant each much, peanut butter gives you eneergy and the vitamins your body needs to gain your strength back.Hope it helps.. If not mars bars give a natural energy, something thats sugested also if you feel weak, or sugar levels are low, its a natural boost for high eneergy levels.

Carbs, & Protein are needed. Possibly salty if one was sweating from the fever, to replenish the sodium lost. First you would need lots of water to flush out but one should be drinking plenty during the fever to stay hydrated. Then pasta and chicken as a form of carb and protein to regain strength. OR any other food that has the protein and carbs.
