What is really the gateway drug? Weed or cigarettes?!
Question: If there is a gateway drug it is most defiantly alcohol. It is soclialy accepted and can put individuals in circumstances and surroundings that can expose them to other substances. At parties there will always be someone with a bag of something and while alchol (and other drugs) for that matter lower inhibitions I don't believe that the first time people do a drug is because "oh I'm pretty drunk/stoned now, I'm gonna snort some K so i can get to the next level" I think its cause they are at an event/bar (and lets face it, the only reasons that 99% of parties occur is an excuse to drink) and its there where they are exposed to it,whiloe out on a night on the drink. These days illicit drugs (or party drugs, thats the catch phrase I belive) are so common with the younger generation and the fact that some of the garbage hasnest been around for that long (and god knows what its cut with these days) that in 35 years theres gonna be a whole generation of waterheads with Althzimas.

Neither are.
Weed is more likely because it is illegal and the dealer may have other drugs and force them on you to get you addicted.
If weed were legal, it wouldn't be a problem.

i do weed i havent tried any other drugs... though i may try acide because the pshycadelic thing sounds cool. but acid would be a one time thing....
I control what i do. One drug wont make me do others.

I'll say neither are. It would probably have to be alcohol. I know (from experience) that when a person is intoxicated from alcohol, it impairs your judgement. Having an impaired judgement will make you do all kinds of crazy things-- other drugs included!
