Try to drink atleast 2 cups of milk everyday.. because milk has alot of calcium and calcium is very good for your bones, also when you sleep try to sleep on you back straight and don't start lifting weights YET.. and best of luck :) like some people said it also depends on your genetics..

Not much...that's genetics.

If you're abnormally short, your doctor could give you an injection.

Red bull and caffine. And high heels.

look at foods with lots of protein and calories. they could do it.

Height is hereditary. If people in your family (esp. father, grandfather) are tall, you're all set. Nothing you eat or drink is going to change your height.

I've never heard of anything that can make you grow taller. Your probably not done growing yet though.

Um you can't "get taller" you grow. It's not like if you eat meat and protein shakes you grow bigger. Thats not how it works. Just eat healthy and you'll grow at your own rate.

milk helps grow strong bones. It will help your body build strong bones, but as for how much you will grow, that is generally determined by genetics.

I don't think there is anything you can eat or drink to make you grow taller.

I think you are/or become the height you are predestined to be. Although I would image diet would be relevant ie. eating good foods etc would also help you be as tall as your suppose to be. Eg a bad diet might stunt your growth.

But I really don't think by eating any one food or drink can make you taller than if you didn't eat it.

there's no way to get taller. thats just life. if you REALLY want to get taller, wear high-heal shoes!?

Unless you are actually malnourished your diet is going to have no effect on your ultimate height. Your maximum potential height is determined at conception by your genetics. Disease, accident, toxins and malnutrition can reduce it, but nothing increases it.

Nothing you eat or drink will make you grow taller.

If you eat a healthy, drink enough water and milk and get a good 8 hours of sleep this will make the most out of your growing potential .

You can try stretching exercises for correct posture but the rest is down to genetics.
