ive just had a really bad cold and my nose is sore 2! try puutin some e45 on it, and try not 2 blow it so much! i also drank alot of honey and hot water and that helped alot
steam inhalation helps a lot.
drinking enough warm fluids also helps.
try not to blow your nose frequently, it will cause soreness.
Moisturiser on the sore parts of your nose, on the outside of your nostrils. It'll soften the skin and take away the soreness.
