Is she going to grow any more taller?!

Question: this girl i know is really tall, like about 5 8" and she is only 12 going to 13.
i was wondering if she would grow any taller and how tall by the time she has finished growing.
i am only 5 2" and i'm 15.
is it possible for us to be the same height when we have both finished growing.

I just want your opinion

thnx

She's 13 and 5'8"! I hope she's thinking about playing basketball, she could get a scholarship to a good college. Or ballet/dancer, they love long legs. While you could end up the same size, the odds are you won't. Yes, she still has growing to do, on average at about the age of 18-20, there will be another growth spurt and again in her late 20's. Same for you, you still have some growing to do but as she is so far ahead, she probably has the genetics to be taller that you. But you can still be friends! The size of the heart is a different matter.

Growth spurts happen at different times. There's a chance you could get much taller in a few years, whereas your friend may grow a little taller but she may be done. Generally speaking, if your biological parents are tall, you will be too.

It's unlikely you'll both be the same height, you'll most likely just be 'in proportion' to the size your body's supposed to grow into. Depends a lot on both internal and external factors (your genes, your activities, your nutrition - although the last two can't make you taller, exactly, they affect the growth of your body).

yes well its wierd it turns out people who grow slowley end up taller then those who just shoot up at a young age
